Front recognized as one of the best medium-sized workplaces, ranks No. 13

SAN FRANCISCO – August 8, 2022 – Front, a communication hub for building strong customer relationships, today announced that it has been honored as one of the 2022 Best Medium Workplaces by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine for the third consecutive year, ranking No. 13 out of the top 100. Earning a spot means that Front is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

This year’s Best Medium Workplaces award is based on employee feedback collected through America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 200,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies with 100 to 999 U.S. employees. In that survey, 100% of Front’s employees said Front is a great place to work. This number is 57% higher than the average U.S. company.

“At Front, we’re constantly evaluating how we can ensure employees are engaged without feeling burnt out – and actually working happier. Care is one of our core values, and we truly want everyone, from colleagues to customers, to be happy at work,” said Mathilde Collin, co-founder and CEO of Front. “We’re proud to have built a workplace culture that not only exemplifies that joy, but also enables employees to grow both professionally and individually. We’re honored to earn recognition as a best workplace on this year’s Best Medium Workplaces list.”

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, and the only company culture award in America that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Using rigorous analytics and employee feedback, Great Place to Work assesses companies based on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.

“It’s not the size of an organization that makes it great, but how the organization treats its people,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “And these medium workplaces have proven that the inspiring cultures they’ve created go head-to-head with those of any large corporation. Leaders at these companies put their people first, and in return, achieve stronger business results than the average workplace.”

The recognition comes off the heels of Front’s ranking as #10 on the Small and Medium Businesses Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work®. Front was also named one of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area in 2022 by Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine for the fourth consecutive year.

Front has also been recognized as:
