  1. What does the Front for Startups Program cover?

    Front for Startups provides qualifying startups with 6 months free of our Growth plan for up to 15 users. You’ll also get access to Front’s AI add-on with up to 1,000 resolutions per month included. Learn more about our Plans & Pricing here.

  2. Who is eligible for the program?

    Current eligibility criteria includes:


    You are a new Front customer. Previous and current paying customers on a subscription plan are not eligible for the Front for Startups program.


    You have less than 50 employees.


    You have raised outside funding, up to $10 million USD from accredited investors (Angel, Pre-Seed, Seed or Series A).

  3. How is eligibility verified?

    Your application will be reviewed by Front to determine eligibility. Applicants must provide a public facing funding profile (i.e. Crunchbase, Pitchbook, relevant VC or Accelerator page) or proof of association to an Accelerator program with current funding status. Applications without valid documentation will not be considered.

  4. How do I know if I’m approved?

    We will reach out via email to update you on the status of your application and provide next steps.

  5. What if I’m not eligible for the program?

    If you do not qualify for the startups program or would like to explore Front for a larger team, please feel free to sign up for a trial or request a demo.

  6. What happens after 6 months?

    At the end of the 6 month period, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid Front plan. You can learn more about our Plans & Pricing here.

  7. What if my Accelerator or VC isn’t listed?
