Surface deal and account insights from customer calls
Gong is a revenue intelligence platform that captures customer calls and emails and turns them into insights for sales and customer-facing teams. The Gong MCP server lets external AI agents, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, access those insights. It answers questions about accounts and deals, and it generates structured summaries. It is read-only and returns AI-generated insights rather than raw transcripts or message bodies.
The Gong MCP Connector lets Front’s AI work with Gong insights while it runs in Copilot, Autopilot, and AI steps in your workflows. Front’s AI can ask questions about a specific account or deal, such as risks, blockers, or next steps. It can also generate a structured brief for an account, deal, or contact from Gong calls and emails. Admins connect it in a few clicks from the Front app store and choose which tools and AI features can use it.
