With Proxoria, your AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI — works directly with your Front inbox. The Front connection sits alongside 30+ other business tools Proxoria supports, so your AI can work across your whole stack rather than one app at a time.
Proxoria connects to Front through a secure, one-click OAuth authorization — no API keys to copy and no configuration to maintain. Each teammate links their own Front account, and from then on their AI assistant can summarize a conversation and read its full message thread, search across your conversations to surface the right one, and look up a contact’s details for context. It can also post internal comments to a conversation, bringing AI-assisted notes right where your team collaborates. Credentials are encrypted, each user controls which apps their AI can reach, and any action that writes to Front is held for approval before it runs.
