Front is once again expanding its global footprint – we’re hiring more talented Fronteers for our new hub in Latin America

It’s an exciting time to be at Front – we’re hiring across all areas of the business, and to support our next phase of growth, we are opening a new hub in the vibrant city of Santiago, Chile. This expansion represents a significant milestone in our journey, marking a major step towards a stronger bigger presence in Latin America.

Staying close to Fronteers and our customers

We chose Chile as our newest location for many reasons. There’s a great talent pool, especially in cities with strong, tech-focused universities such as Santiago. Santiago is a great technology hub from which to operate as we’re able to attract top talent from other countries in the region thanks to Chile’s residence permit program.

It was also important for us to invest in a location that makes it easy for our globally distributed team to collaborate across time zones. Chile’s time zone proximity between the United States and Europe means there will be minimal impact for scheduling, handoffs, and synchronous communication, which in turn means an improved experience for our customers. Our growing presence in Santiago, Chile will support future commercial expansion into the greater Latin American market.

Join us!

We’ve already hired our first five Fronteers in Santiago, Chile, and we’re looking to hire over 100 new teammates across various functions — design, software engineering, support, marketing, finance and human resources — to fully integrate into our global teams.

We offer competitive benefits comparable to our other offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Paris and Dublin: competitive salaries, complementary health insurance, welfare and education bonuses and additional days off.
